• Lead the development of the annual event calendar, leveraging data and market insights to ensure alignment with AVOXI’s target accounts, product messaging, and demand generation goals. • Own the end-to-end planning, project management, and execution of AVOXI's global event portfolio, including industry conferences, field events, corporate events, and webinars, ensuring flawless delivery and exceptional attendee experiences. • Develop, manage, and meticulously track event budgets, ensuring all events are delivered within budget and maximizing ROI. • Conduct comprehensive post-event financial reconciliation and ROI analysis. Develop and present detailed performance reports to leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future event investment. • Serve as the primary event stakeholder, leading collaboration with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) and managing senior leadership expectations to ensure cohesive event strategy and execution. • Partner with the marketing team to build effective pre- and post-event campaigns that drive registration, engagement, and revenue. • Own the event technology stack (Salesforce, HubSpot), designing and optimizing workflows to ensure accurate lead capture, attribution, and performance tracking. • Act as a subject matter expert on event marketing best practices. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior team members and contractors, contributing to the overall growth and capability of the events function.
