Job Description

• Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for FileSmart and Pay Plans • Translate business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes • Lead product discovery for assigned initiatives through customer interviews, usability testing, workflow analysis, surveys, and feedback synthesis • Drive the evolution and improvement of existing products in partnership with Product Design, applying modern UX practices and validated user insights • Partner with Engineering and Product Owners to support backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery sequencing • Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and market signals to identify opportunities for optimization, iteration, and innovation • Lead and contribute to Go-To-Market readiness for new features and major releases • Serve as the product subject matter expert and internal voice for assigned functionality.

Job Requirements

3–7+ years of experience in Product Management or a related product leadership role within B2B SaaS or technology-driven organizations
Proven experience owning product strategy, discovery, and delivery across complex products or platforms.
Strong ability to translate customer, stakeholder, and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and success criteria.
Hands-on experience leading customer discovery, usability testing, and feedback-driven iteration.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform prioritization and product decisions.
Deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
Comfort partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Product Marketing, Sales, and Support teams.
Strong communication and influence skills, with the ability to align stakeholders without formal authority.
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple priorities and dependencies.
