• Provide strategic leadership on deployment and support strategies for GE & Multi Vendor equipment serviced by the Biomed organization. • Support zone leadership and field teams in driving Variable Cost Productivity projects focused on most cost-effective service options. • Be a key contributor in the development of a comprehensive database of information using industry information from AAMI, ECRI, and FDA as well as specific OEM information. • Improve and enhance the GE database to be the best in industry. • Reinvigorate end of life database to include key decision points of part and service availability. • Identify and report any and all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization. • Provide timely reports to improve cost reduction and efficiency in the field. • Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps.
