• Lead discovery efforts to identify user needs, pain points, requirements, and business objectives. • Plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to drive alignment and clarity. • Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clearly defined problem statements and priorities. • Communicate design intent, requirements, and constraints effectively to technical, non-technical, and leadership audiences. • Present findings, recommendations, and design concepts to stakeholders in a clear, inclusive manner. • Synthesize research and discovery findings to produce actionable artifacts (e.g. affinity diagrams, service design diagrams, and customer journey maps). • Develop wireframes to explore solutions and gather early feedback. • Advocate for user-centered design practices and contribute to the team’s growth in discovery and design methodologies. • Demonstrate curiosity and a growth mindset by continuously learning new tools, methods, and domain knowledge to improve discovery and design outcomes.
