Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years product design experience with a track record of shipping successful products (ideally in crypto)
- A portfolio showing strong UX, high craft UI, and interaction design skills with a high bar for quality
- Experience designing high-stakes user flows where clarity and trust matter (e.g., trading, payments, transfers, etc.)
- Fluent in Figma and prototyping
- Strong product thinking: you can prioritize, define constraints, and make clear tradeoffs
- Experience working end-to-end (discovery → ideation → design → handoff → QA) and partnering closely with product + engineering in fast iteration cycles
- You care about quality and user impact, and you practice As little design as possible - simple, intentional, and holistic
- Exhibit our core values: do the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact
- Able to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe
