• Manage, monitor, and optimise trading platforms aggregation engines (XCore, FXCubic, Centroid, OneZero) • Ensure the seamless operation of MT4/MT5 servers • Provide technical support to internal teams and clients • Ensure compliance with industry standards • Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance tasks • Ensure platform uptime, stability, and performance • Set up and manage client and manager accounts (groups, leverage, spreads, symbols) • Manage and configure trading instruments, sessions, and symbol settings • Investigate and resolve platform-related issues • Liaise with MetaQuotes and liquidity providers to troubleshoot and escalate issues • Configure and maintain MT4/MT5 bridge connections • Monitor execution quality, slippage, and latency • Generate and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports • Support regulatory and internal audits with platform related data • Implement and maintain plugin management • Identify and suggest improvements to system efficiency and security • Ensure data backups are regularly completed and test recovery procedures • Monitor for suspicious activity and ensure adherence to security protocols • Manage and execute technical onboarding of clients • Document internal facing digital content on trading ecosystem supporting the company’s products and offerings
