• Own the end-to-end email and SMS strategy to drive measurable business impact and improve how we communicate with our fans at scale • Serve as the subject matter expert for email and SMS best practices, deliverability, accessibility, and regulatory compliance • Oversee planning, creation, QA, and deployment of all email and SMS campaigns and automated journeys • Translate organizational priorities into a clear fan communication roadmap, balancing campaigns, automation, and testing • Partner with internal teams to ensure messaging and design is clear, compelling, and on-brand • Work cross functionally to drive segmentation, personalization, and content improvements, as well as deliver cohesive omnichannel experiences • Continuously test and optimize email content, timing, cadence, and templates to improve performance • Build and maintain clear reporting dashboards to communicate performance and impact to stakeholders • Use performance insights to inform strategy, experimentation, and cross-channel coordination
