Job Description

• Develop and oversee operations for the Clinical Pharmacy Management Team • Directly manage a team of Authorization Coordinators • Ensure that Team service levels are achieved and mitigated any negative impacts • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support the formulary management process • Provide daily, weekly and monthly updates of team performance to ensure alignment with goals and vision

Job Requirements

Prior hands on experience as a Team Supervisor in a business environment/Call Center
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to work within a fast-moving work environment
Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with project management, problem solving, strategy development and alignment and experience working in highly matrixed organization
Experience managing a remote team strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
