• Serve as the Salesforce Health Cloud Subject Matter Expert (Healthcare domain experience required) • Lead design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions • Provide hands-on development using Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and integrations • Develop and configure OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards) • Oversee CI/CD processes using Copado (version control and deployment automation) • Mentor and support developers through code reviews and best practice enforcement • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions • Ensure adherence to Salesforce governance, security, and performance standards • Support deployment planning and release management activities • Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives
