• Lead procurement activities for OFCI equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and modular systems. • Execute sourcing strategies aligned to construction forecasts and category plans. • Run competitive sourcing events and negotiate pricing, lead times, and service terms. • Manage supplier relationships, including performance tracking and issue resolution. • Support development of should-cost models and drive cost improvement efforts. • Partner with Design and Construction teams to align specifications and project milestones. • Coordinate with Supply Chain Execution to support equipment delivery and inventory programs. • Identify supply risks related to capacity, logistics, or obsolescence and support mitigation plans. • Support OFCI capital budget tracking and value engineering initiatives. • Ensure sourcing activities comply with internal policy and contract standards. • Provide clear updates on cost, delivery status, and supplier performance to stakeholders.
