• As a Knowledge and Learning professional (LP), you will be responsible in developing, implementing, and managing educational programs that enhance the understanding and application of the therapeutic area, treatment landscape and data within our organization • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to create a stimulating learning environment that empowers our employees in global medical affairs and to stay abreast of the disease state, landscape, and program you will be leading • Design and create comprehensive learning materials • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of educational contents • Facilitate engaging and interactive learning sessions for employees, utilizing various forms of learning • Tailor learning programs to meet the diverse learning needs of the employees at different levels within the different functions • Develop and implement learning strategies to improve scientific communication skills and to foster a learning culture across the company • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, to enhance the organization's scientific knowledge base • Some travel may be required—usually 20%
