• Serve as the “COO” of multiple Research Project Teams • Ensure the program has a high-performing operating process that aligns team execution tactics with program strategy • Lead without authority across a matrix environment • Own cross-functional meeting management, agendas, minutes, decisions/actions • Build integrated project plans and Gantt charts • Bring awareness of risks, issues, and dependencies • Enable high-quality decision-making, governance readiness, and execution • Serve as the program’s collaboration management lead and first point of contact for alliance execution and agreement-related questions
