• Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior technical roles, owning intake, sourcing strategy, process, and close. • Partner with technical and executive leaders to calibrate roles quickly, drive crisp decisions, and raise the bar in ambiguous searches. • Build forward-looking pipelines for hard-to-fill profiles through talent mapping, targeted outreach, and referrals. • Strengthen quality of hire by improving interview design and signal (loops, assessments, scorecards) and using funnel/quality metrics to manage risk and velocity. • Run high-care closing and candidate experience end-to-end, including complex offer and equity conversations.
