Job Requirements
- 1 - 3 years in a SaaS Sales and Account Management support function
- Self-starter, takes initiative, and adapts to changing demands
- Bring a positive attitude and energy to work every day
- Superior attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior problem-solving skills to guide our providers who may be experiencing organizational or technical issues
- You know your way around the Google suite
- Experience with a CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Familiar with employee onboarding processes (training, payroll, etc.)
