Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience practicing immigration law
- Strong focus on business immigration, especially: EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 cases
- Proven success drafting and filing complex petitions
- Excellent writing and client communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently
- Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Willingness to obtain Arizona bar admission upon joining
