• Own and evolve our marketing attribution framework across web + mobile (GA4, Appsflyer) • Build reliable source-of-truth dashboards for marketplace health, channel performance, and user behavior • Define and instrument key product and growth metrics (activation, conversion, retention, repeat bookings) • Establish our experimentation practice — from hypothesis to analysis and decision-making • Partner with product and engineering to run rigorous A/B tests across discovery, conversion, and retention flows • Create lightweight experiment templates, review processes, and documentation standards • Analyze user and host behavior across cities, cohorts, and segments • Build cohort-based LTV and payback analysis by channel, city, and segment • Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for product, growth, and leadership • Monitor and report on SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEMrush • Identify technical SEO issues and translate them into prioritized engineering tickets • Measure impact after fixes ship and help the team build an SEO experimentation loop • Partner with the Head of AI to evaluate the impact of AI-powered features using clear metrics and experimentation • Use AI tools daily to accelerate analysis, debugging, and documentation
