Job Description

• Lead, manage, and develop the Talent team to ensure the successful completion of annual goals. • Build and manage strategic F500 accounts, including HiredScore partners and select UpGlo Access partners. • Share leadership of strategic special projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and resource allocation. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
7 to 10 years of experience in workforce development, account management, immigration, human resources, or diversity at progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
Excellent public speaking and training facilitation skills – capable of engaging diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills in persuasion and negotiation.
Project management experience, including managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
