Key Responsibilities
- Act as single point of contact for providers (primarily nurse practitioners) to coordinate with Operations
- Perform provider management activities – provider availability, delinquent charts and queries follow up, inform NP for schedule changes, etc.
- Help providers through onboarding and coordinating necessary training
- Ensuring supplies are sent to your providers in timely manner and there is no interference in their visits
- Counsel provider for any operation related challenges and drive to optimized solution in line with organizational goals
- Keep track of the escalations and necessary information for provider management
- Responds to internal and external inquiries regarding operations; investigates and resolves problems, complaints, or discrepancies
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Collaborate with entire management team to reach organizational and departmental goals
- Determine opportunities to streamline current processes
