BridgeWay Practice Transitions & Associate Placement works to facilitate all types of dental practice transitions. Role & Responsibilities 

BridgeWay is growing and looking to a sales rep to our existing territory in North Carolina to perform recruitment type services. The candidate must live in the Raleigh, NC area and would be responsible for working with dentists who are either looking for a job or looking to hire a dentist to work for them. From sourcing new leads, to presenting opportunities and contract negotiations, this role is all encompassing. Most of these tasks are done over the phone, working remotely. However, there will be some in-person meetings with clients and networking opportunities. The learning curve is steep, but management will be there to help you every step of the way. The job requires you to have an understanding of some legal and business concepts, as well as an understanding of dentistry, which we can teach you. Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct sales calls, build relationships, and present opportunities to dentists over the phone 
  • Maintain and grow the existing book of business in North Carolina
  • Attend tradeshows and other networking events to generate opportunities 
  • Build a successful network of COIs in the territory and leverage those relationships 
  • Understand financial and legal concepts to help guide clients through employment contract negotiations 
  • Enter information into and stay on top of the company CRM 
  • Conduct cold marketing activities such as cold calls, cold emailing, cold walk-ins 
  • Meet or exceed activity goals, lead goals, and sales goals 
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions that are the best for the client 
  • Be available to take calls and conduct consults after hours and on weekends 
  • Promptly answer calls and respond to clients to exceed their expectations
