- Lead scheduled, consultative conversations with customers (phone or video) - Ask thoughtful questions to understand usage patterns, priorities, and constraints - Design 2–3 intentional system approaches rather than a single “answer” - Explain trade-offs between comfort, efficiency, cost, aesthetics, reliability, and installation complexity - Recommend a best-fit solution based on customer values, not price alone - Produce a clear, structured design summary for the Sales team to finalize the order - Act as a calm, trusted guide through a complex, high-stakes decision
