Job Description

• Analyzing current-state workflows, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, developing future-state process designs, and ensuring seamless integration across functions. • Maintaining awareness of evolving strategies and translating strategic direction into aligned process requirements and engineering needs. • Evaluating market, segment, and product strategies to identify process impacts, capacity constraints, and timeline considerations. • Leading the creation and documentation of detailed process requirements to ensure accurate and efficient implementation. • Identifying out‑of‑scope capabilities and communicating process limitations and enhancement opportunities to market teams. • Continuously assessing operational risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; implementing mitigation plans and initiating reengineering when necessary. • Collaborating with functional process owners to ensure alignment and commitment to process timelines and standards. • Maintaining all process-related documentation. • Serving as a key contributor to training, communication, and testing plans by providing process expertise. • Coordinating and executing post‑implementation process monitoring and reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, operations, engineering, or process improvement environment highly preferred.
  • Six-Sigma Greenbelt training/certification preferred.
  • Strong process engineering and project management skills, including process mapping, workflow optimization, and cross‑functional coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver sustainable process improvements with measurable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to lead within a matrix environment, working effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and excellent written and oral communication required.
