Responsibilities

Collect and verify employee timecards, hours worked, overtime, and certifications for up to 400 field and office staff in a construction environment.

• Process bi-weekly payroll using systems like QuickBooks or similar, calculating wages, deductions, bonuses, and compliance and regulations.

• Prepare and file federal/state taxes, benefits payments (e.g., 401(k), health insurance), and workers’ comp reports specific to electrical contracting
