Job Description
We’re looking for a contract / fractional recruiter to support a focused hiring period at AdMed Inc.
Time: ~30 hours/week (≈4 days/week)
Duration: ~3–4 months, with potential for extension
Location: Remote (US-based)
Comp: Competitive hourly rate

• Account Executive
• Assistant Medical Writer

Job Requirements
- What we’re looking for:
- ✔ Experience recruiting medical writers and other agency medical communications roles
- ✔ Comfortable owning searches end-to-end (sourcing → screens → shortlist)
- ✔ Experience working in an ATS (Workable preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- ✔ Prioritizes quality over volume
