• Drives the identification, evaluation, and adoption of artificial intelligence tools across the Finance organization • Translates Finance business needs into practical AI-enabled solutions and ensures responsible, scalable adoption through structured experimentation, implementation, training, and support • Partners closely with Finance departments (Accounting, FP&A, Investments, Real Estate, Risk & Tax) along with IT, Data and Security teams • Identifies high-impact AI opportunity areas across Finance, including forecasting, reporting, analysis, close processes, controls, and decision support • Conducts and synthesizes business process analysis, user research, and technology assessments to inform AI use cases and prioritization • Develops hypotheses, pilot plans, and experimentation approaches to validate AI-enabled Finance solutions • Evaluates and recommends AI tools aligned with Finance needs, enterprise architecture, and risk standards • Leads pilot implementations and supports transition from experimentation to scaled adoption • Designs and delivers training, documentation, and best-practice guidance for Finance users • Acts as the primary AI champion and subject-matter resource for Finance teams • Tracks adoption, usage, and outcomes to assess effectiveness and inform next-step recommendations
