Job Description
• Work closely with Sales, Dealer Development, Customer Experience, and Dealer Marketing teams
• Drive dealership sales and develop relationships with staff
• Conduct market analysis and respond to trends
• Implement sales campaigns and promotions
• Identify and recruit new dealers
Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement
- Proven sales experience in powersports industry or dealership preferred
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (preferably Salesforce)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work various hours including weekends
