- Strong customer-facing, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

- Experience leading workshops, resolving issues, and driving change.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across a matrix organization.
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of PLM Windchill and engineering processes, including impact of configurations on performance and user experience.
- Ability to direct, mentor, develop functional teams on Windchill and engineering processes.
- Experience of 5 yrs on PLM products that includes at least 3 yrs of PTC Windchill for CAD, BOM and change management.
- 6 or more years of system analysis and design experience is required. This should include the creation of functional requirements for enterprise-level business application solutions involving multi-tier client/server, database, or web-based applications.
- Experience with a full software development lifecycle process that included formal project management.
- Functional domain knowledge should include PLM software applications, technical domain knowledge is a plus. Knowledge of Windchill 12 is preferred.
- Experience of BOM Views, MPMLink, Variant Configuration, Options and Variants, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with other PTC applications, Creo Parametric, Creo View, Integrity and Thingworx would be useful.
- Experience extending the digital thread downstream from PLM would be an advantage.
