• Administer and monitor core Microsoft 365 workloads, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot. • Manage Microsoft Power Platform services including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI for performance, access, and integration governance. • Design, implement, and audit Conditional Access Policies to ensure secure and compliant access to Microsoft 365 services. • Configure and maintain tenant-connected applications using Microsoft Entra. Evaluate applications regularly for permissions, usage, and disuse. • Oversee compliance-related services within Microsoft Purview, including data loss prevention (DLP), retention policies, data classification, and auditing. • Manage license assignments and availability. • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure M365 configurations align with regulatory frameworks and company standards. • Troubleshoot user and system issues across the Microsoft 365 tenant and escalate to Microsoft support when necessary. • Participate in the implementation of new features and updates released to Microsoft 365, assessing organizational impact and readiness. • Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, policies, and operational procedures. • Provide end-user guidance and administrative support for Teams collaboration, licensing, and lifecycle management. • Other duties as assigned.
