Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience required with demonstration of account management resulting in profitable volume, customer penetration, and attainment of new business and growth
- Experience in CPG, restaurant, culinary, and/or foodservice distributor industry required; Prior foodservice a plus
- P&L experience including managing a trade budget and achieving consistent, profitable growth
- Strong analytical skills inclusive of prior management of systems for supervising and recording sales, effective business planning, and data-driven strategy for maintaining current and securing new customers
- Effective communication skills leading to positive influence across partners
- Overnight Travel is required, and the amount varies by territory
