Job Description

• Develop and manage relationships with primary rightsholders, including teams, leagues, venues, and institutional partners • Drive partnership growth by identifying opportunities to expand inventory, optimize distribution, and increase platform adoption • Lead discovery conversations, presentations, and solution-oriented discussions with both current and prospective rightsholder partners • Support deal structuring, contract negotiations, renewals, and partnership expansions • Own day-to-day relationship management, ensuring strong performance and long-term partner satisfaction • Partner with marketing to develop pitch decks, proposals, and sales collateral that effectively communicate Victory Live’s value proposition • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, account management, analytics, and technology teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing execution • Track partnership activity, pipeline, and performance using HubSpot CRM and provide regular updates to leadership • Represent Victory Live at meetings, industry events, and conferences as needed

Job Requirements

  • 5–8 years of business development, sales, or partnership experience within sports, entertainment, ticketing, or a related industry
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with primary rightsholders, including teams, leagues, venues, or governing organizations.
  • Strong understanding of ticketing, distribution, and revenue optimization models
  • Experience with sponsorship, ticketing, hospitality, or technology-driven solutions
  • Proven ability to support deal development and execution across the partnership lifecycle
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with experience engaging senior-level stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
