• Develop and cultivate dealer relationships to align with corporate goals and objectives • Gather information on competitors’ offerings and provide timely recommendations based on analysis to manager • Provide competitors’ offerings to Sr. Management and recommend changes as needed • Create customized programs for dealers that produce high volume loans for the credit union • Routine visits to the dealers on the program to ensure they are aware of FourLeaf’s auto programs • Work with dealers individually to reduce errors, improve turn-times, troubleshoot and resolve funding and underwriting issues • Daily interaction with the Indirect Lending staff to ensure that Key Performance Indicators are met • Track common issues and come up with solutions • Work with our indirect lending partner to target and sign up new dealers within an assigned region
