Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: North Carolina
Role Summary
As an LCSW in this telehealth role, you will support clients through structured mental health treatment in a fully remote setting. The position emphasizes consistency, clear clinical expectations, and steady care delivery. Your work supports client stability while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual therapy sessions remotely
- Complete psychosocial assessments and treatment planning
- Track client progress and outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with care teams on treatment goals
- Support clinical quality and compliance requirements
Job Requirements
- Active North Carolina LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Experience in mental health or outpatient care settings
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
