Job Description
Job Requirements
- At least four (4) years of engineering management experience leading teams
- Experience managing multiple software engineers or teams in an agile environment
- Strong ability to connect business goals to technical execution
- Track record of building trust and developing high-performing teams
- Experience scaling teams and systems in a growth-stage environment
- Comfort operating in a Venture Capital (VC) or Private Equity (PE)-backed company
- Experience with Internet of Things (IoT), multi-tenant architectures, or supporting mergers & acquisitions (M&A) due diligence is a plus.
