• Use a problem-solving framework to develop the cross functional Value Stream problem solving capability in collaboration with a Lean Coach. • Lead and provide direction to a Value Stream team composed of cross-functional, mission-based Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) throughout the problem-solving cycle. • Maintain the engagement of the Value Stream team members and influence functional leaders as necessary to ensure staffing and needed support. • Drive systemic problem-solving to root cause and sustain countermeasures through Value Stream standard work. • Pull in required support functions beyond the core Value Stream team as needed to collaboratively drive continued progress in the root cause analysis or countermeasure implementation. • Participate and present the problem-solving progress to Senior Leadership during Monthly Operating Reviews, leading deepdive reviews as needed. • Deploy corrective and preventative actions, ensuring sustainment of actions implemented
