• Lead a team responsible for costing of execution activities for all business opportunities • Coordinate with commercial regional leaders on KPIs and deliverables • Prepare execution proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments • Establish project execution costs based on tender conditions of project RFQ's • Manage cost estimates from preliminary to final • Validate target costs • Use analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute policy/strategy • Contribute towards strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within assigned area
