Job Description
• Own and evolve Lantern’s AI product vision and roadmap
• Translate emerging technologies and risks into actionable strategic choices
• Identify high-impact opportunities for AI across various functions
• Lead hands-on experimentation and prototyping
• Establish measurable outcomes and ensure successful rollout and adoption
• Drive organizational AI literacy and adoption
• Partner with AI SteerCo to ensure compliance with standards
• Maintain a deep understanding of AI trends and market positioning
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Significant leadership experience
- 3–5 years owning AI/ML products, platforms, or applied LLM systems
- Demonstrated ability to ship AI-powered products that achieved measurable business or clinical impact
- Strong technical fluency
- Experience with LLMs, RAG/agent systems, orchestration frameworks
- Strategic thinker with a bias toward action
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a strong plus
- Growth mindset and grit
