- Strong technical acumen
- Experience leading teams responsible for building high-traffic distributed systems
- Experience building product platforms with direct customer impact
- Passion for improving consumer experiences with product leaders
- Track record of hiring and growing successful teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership style prioritizing feedback and empowering others
- A BS in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline
