• Works collaboratively as part of the clinical team and has opportunities to partner with operational colleagues and clinicians. • Helps develop and maintain EMR's utilized for service line documentation of care delivery. • Completes policy review and provides updates as warranted. • Reviews billing and coding as well as intermittently assist in denial management. • Organizes and conduct clinical program development in skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, home health care, and swing bed units. • Performs clinical monitoring for quality documentation to decrease risk of denials and enhance patient outcomes. • Establishes best practices and procedures to produce high quality rehabilitation programs. • Deploys new procedures, as directed, to improve the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs.
