Hey there 👋 We’re building scalable AI systems that can provide immediate, evidence-based support at the moment young people need it most. Our approach is to reach young people where they are — online — and embed our interventions into the platforms they use every day (e.g., TikTok, Discord). We're seeking a technical leader who understands both the potential of AI, as well as its ethical, safety, and privacy considerations. Over the next decade, our goal is to serve 300 million interventions worldwide—equivalent to helping one young person every second of every day. This is a highly flexible fractional role. Think ~20-30 hours a week, fully remote, with No-Meeting Fridays. You can pursue other projects, research, or consulting, so long as you can commit to Koko’s mission and dive into code when needed.
