Job Requirements
- Proven success leading complex delivery or operations organizations at scale (preferably $1B+ environments).
- Demonstrated P&L accountability in multi-site, globally distributed teams.
- Expertise in Digital Infrastructure, Cloud, Service Delivery, Technical Operations, and—preferably—Datacenter or Supply Chain.
- Strong track record managing cross-functional technical and non-technical resources.
- Ability to attract, retain, and develop world‑class talent in competitive markets.
- Experience driving operational improvements grounded in metrics, performance management, and process excellence.
- Skilled collaborator with experience operating in matrixed organizations.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Agile mindset with the ability to pivot quickly, remain composed under pressure, and lead through ambiguity.
- High energy, self‑motivation, authenticity, and the ability to build pride and performance within teams.
- Advanced analytical, data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
- MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
