• Lead client engagements to assess data needs, define requirements, and deliver custom data solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. • Own historical data migrations from clients’ legacy systems into Unanet ERP AE, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with customer requirements. • Design, implement, and validate complex SQL queries, SSRS reports, and Power BI dashboards, using AI-assisted tools where appropriate to improve speed, quality, and insight. • Provide expert-level analytics and reporting services, transforming raw data into clear, actionable information for clients and internal stakeholders. • Mentor and guide junior consultants on data best practices, tooling, and project delivery, elevating the overall capability of the team. • Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate data analysis, report/dashboard development, documentation, and quality validation while maintaining responsibility for reconciliation and sign-off. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, scope, and quality to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery.
