Job Description
• Partner with 1–2 Finance Business Partners to understand and document priorities
• Design and build 2–3 Power BI dashboards, including data visualizations
• Gather detailed business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions
• Test dashboard functionality, validate data accuracy, and incorporate feedback from stakeholders
• Develop user guides and reference materials for self-service analytics
• Create reusable dashboard templates for additional business partners
• Support ad-hoc analytical projects
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field
- Familiarity with financial statements and basic accounting principles
- Intermediate experience with Excel (pivots, formulas, data manipulation)
- Curious and inquisitive mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Bonus: Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker)
