Job Description
Job Requirements
- 7 years of P&C insurance experience is required.
- Prior experience in Personal Insurance with an insurance carrier and Auto Telematics is a plus.
- Ability to research and analyze competitor filings and evaluate regulatory and compliance requirements.
- A strong understanding of Personal Lines insurance products, coverages, and distribution channels including Direct and Agency.
- Experience in a product development environment utilizing Agile tools (Jira, Kanban, Scrum) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize various data to produce recommendations and actions.
- Familiarity with data and database procedures such as ThoughtSpot
- Strong Excel skills required. Knowledge of SQL, SAS and Snowflake beneficial.
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills. Ability to create concise but powerful content and visuals to influence a range of audiences.
- Demonstrated experience challenging the status quo and broadly influencing key stakeholders to drive change and innovation. Ability to make evidence-based decisions quickly with imperfect information.

- This role can have a Hybrid or Remote work schedule. Candidates who live near one of our office locations will have the expectation of working in an office three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work schedule, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs arise.
