Job Requirements
- 10+ years of media planning experience focused on All Media Channels and a minimum of 3-years’ experience leading a team.
- Experience managing complex team structures, multiple client responsibilities and large internal teams
- Influential senior people leader with the ability to lead, coach, develop and retain top talent while addressing performance.
- Subject matter expert in developing media planning strategies that meet and exceed client campaign goals and objectives.
- Deep understanding of media marketplace including perspective and experience with brand-building
- Advanced knowledge of Media Planning and Research Tools
- Ability to instill confidence and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical skills and proficient with numbers and budgets to illustrate client business objectives.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and people skills.
- Must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

- The annual salary range for this position is $113,000-$182,850. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
