• Design and develop engaging training content using tools such as Articulate 360, eLearning platforms, and video production software • Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions tailored to various audiences and technical levels • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning materials • Develop and maintain comprehensive training plans and curricula for roles • Align training programs with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and operational standards • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives across departments • Track and report training completion, effectiveness, and compliance metrics • Maintain accurate training records and documentation in the Learning Management System (LMS) • Provide regular updates to leadership on training progress and gaps • Partner with HR, Operations, Engineering, Safety, Security, and IT teams to identify training needs and priorities • Support compliance training initiatives and ensure alignment with regulatory standards • Collaborate with emerging departments as the organization grows to ensure training programs remain relevant and comprehensive • Assist in the development of role-specific competency models and career pathways
