• Lead & Develop a team of planners and analysts. • Ensure the teams work collaboratively and effectively to provide a strong experience to customers and meet key metrics. • Ensure processes and tools are efficient and sustainable. • Lead the development and implementation of planning & replenishment process. • Manage the execution of supplier and product assortment initiatives. • Develop Integrant Planning Capabilities including but not limited to: demand planning, replenishment, supplier engagement, S&OP, S&OE. • Working cross functionally, leverage experience and analytical skills. • Demonstrates well developed influencing skills with the ability to easily connect in a credible manner with cross functional teams. • Creates and fosters high performance culture, focused on engagement, accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement with a customer focus.
