Job Description
• Drive strategic alignment by partnering with executives and cross-functional leaders across the business to shape and execute inorganic growth strategies.
• Own the end-to-end deal process, including sourcing, target engagement, financial modeling, business case development, valuation, negotiation, due diligence and executive support.
• Lead cross-functional teams through due diligence, identifying key risks, opportunities and strategic fit across functions.
• Partner with the M&A integration team to ensure smooth handoff and successful execution of post-close value drivers.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a transactional role with direct responsibility for deal execution.
- Background in M&A or Corporate Development within high-growth or enterprise technology companies; experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, or private equity strongly preferred.
- Strategic Relationship Building – Proven ability to cultivate, influence, and leverage relationships with internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners to drive outcomes.
- Executive Communication – Clear, confident communicator skilled in distilling complex information and presenting to senior audiences, including C-suite and Board members.
- Analytical & Commercial Acumen – Strong financial modeling, valuation, and business case development skills; able to apply strategic judgment and data to evaluate opportunities and risks.
