Job Description

Job Description Summary We are seeking an experienced accountant to manage domestic and international tax compliance obligations. This role will manage state filings for property and sales & use taxes, oversee our tax compliance software and support transfer pricing compliance. The Senior Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external specialists to create efficient processes and ensure compliance. Expertise in accounting, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence change across all levels are essential for success. How will you make an impact & Requirement Key Responsibilities: Tax Preparation and Compliance Manage filings for state-level property and sales & use taxes in the United States. Work with international sites to ensure compliance with VAT filing requirements. Coordinate work of specialists completing income tax returns. Manage Software Manage tax compliance software, ensuring filings are complete and accurate. Work with customers to answer any questions on product taxability and other charges. Transfer pricing Support intercompany billings for management of transfer pricing. Work with cross-functional teams and specialists in defining and optimizing intercompany processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting or related field. 10+ years of proven experience in accounting, preferably tax operations. Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Core Competencies: Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, including US and international taxes Attention to detail and deadlines Strategic thinking and problem-solving Continuous learning and adaptability Strong organizational and time management skills Work Environment & Additional Information: This position is remote but may require periodic visits to company sites (10–20%).
