Lead cross-functional Lean Six Sigma projects in a GxP-regulated life sciences environment to identify, implement, and sustain process improvements that reduce waste, improve quality, and increase productivity. Train and mentor staff, develop process maps and SOPs, apply data-driven analysis, and ensure compliant validated outcomes across operations, supply chain, QA, RA, and commercial teams.
