Job Description
Job Requirements
- Translate business objectives and technical needs into actionable designs.
- Technology Evaluation:
- Research and select appropriate hardware, software (VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS), and cloud services.
- Implementation Oversight:
- Guide and supervise the deployment, integration, and testing of new systems and upgrades.
- Documentation:
- Maintain detailed network diagrams, operational instructions, and configuration details.
- Security & Compliance:
- Ensure designs meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work with management, engineering, and vendors to align solutions with goals.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization:
- Identify and resolve complex telecommunications and Contact Center issues, continuously improving efficiency and reliability.
- Typical Day-to-Day
- Analyzing business needs and existing systems.
- Creating architecture diagrams and technical specs.
- Meeting with teams to present solutions.
- Overseeing implementation & troubleshooting.
- Researching new
- technology.
- This position provides architecture support for one or more concurrent projects across multi-platform and business area solutions.
- Drive detailed and evolutionary designs and architectures of complex solutions involving at least two of the following domains within a solution: Application, Infrastructure, Security, Database or Business Process.
- Lead the definition and communication of IT architecture and solutions for IT Leaders and development teams.
- Mindful of the Healthcare Industry and Digital Health trends.
