Job Description

• Identify and generate new business opportunities. • Develop strategic relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers. • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing. • Actively participate in industry events and networking activities. • Collaborate with the technical team to design proposals aligned with client needs. • Use a CRM (preferably HubSpot) to track pipeline and forecasts. • Prepare commercial proposals and executive presentations (frequent use of Excel and PowerPoint). • Leverage AI tools for analysis, prospecting, and business development. • Availability to participate in sales activities and strategic industry events as required by business dynamics. • Identify growth opportunities within active accounts.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial experience in consultative sales of IT services.
  • Proven experience selling to C-level executives (CEO, CIO, CTO, Directors).
  • Demonstrated experience opening new accounts and independently generating sales pipeline.
  • Proven track record of significant deal closures.
  • Knowledge of the technology ecosystem in the market where you operate.
  • Sufficient technical background to understand IT solutions without relying entirely on the technical team.
  • Experience using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Practical experience using AI tools for commercial development.
  • Highly autonomous and results-oriented.
